Products can be returned or exchanged within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of purchase. To maintain product quality and preservation, they cannot be returned after that period unless there is a problem or defect with the product. In case of a defect or manufacturing error, the product can be returned after reporting it. You cannot cancel your order once it has entered the shipping phase, and the cancellation option will be unavailable for cases where products are non-returnable. There are several specific cases in which a product cannot be returned: · When the return request is made after the specified period, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for products. · When the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as when you received it, or if the product's safety seal has been removed. · Consumable products that have been used or installed. · Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed. · Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
If the product is not received at the time of delivery and is returned, the customer bears the cost of delivery. Refunds for shipments that were not received by the customer will be processed after they reach us, are verified, and the customer is contacted. It is very important: if the customer wishes to return or exchange a product that matches their order and has no defects, they will be responsible for the shipping fees (35 per shipment, whether for sending or returning).
